U.S. President Donald Trump was seen strolling along the White House roof Tuesday morning, August 5 and jokingly told reporters he was considering installing nuclear missiles there.Initially claiming he was just taking a little walk, Trump then laughed and mimicked launching a projectile, saying he was looking to place missiles on the roof.Trump, who has already completed several renovation projects at the White House, said he plans to add more including a privately funded $200 million ballroom in the East Wing, which he hopes to finish before leaving office. Walking on the west side of the White House directly above the press briefing room, Trump noted the area wasnt meant for the ballroom but didnt confirm if new construction was planned there.
When asked whether he intended to expand the West Wing to accommodate more staff or reporters, he didnt respond directly but gestured with his hands in a circular motion and shouted, Anything I do is financed by me!
He may have also been inspecting the recently completed Rose Garden renovation, which now features a concrete floor designed to prevent womens high heels from sinking into the ground. Trump has made several structural changes to the White House during his term. Hes installed two 100-foot flagpoles on the North and South Lawns and revamped the Oval Office with gold plating on the ceiling, fireplace, and floor.
