Man k!lls his brother’s wife, injures two others in Zamfara

Tragedy struck in Talata Mafara Local Government Area of Zamfara State when a man attacked his brothers household, k!lling his sister-in-law and leaving two others seriously injured.  The suspect, identified as 45-year-old Mr. Sadam Abdullahi of Miya Village, was said to have stormed the residence of his younger brother, Mr. Hamisu Abdullahi, armed with a dane gun, cutlass and knife on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, security analyst Zagazola Makama reported.  He attacked the family for reasons yet to be ascertained.  During the incident, Hamisu and his son, Usman, sustained serious injuries, while Hamisus wife, Mrs. Jumma Muntari, d!ed instantly from a deep cut inflicted on her neck.  The injured victims were taken to General Hospital, Talata Mafara, for medical attention, while the corpse of the deceased was released to the family for burial in line with Islamic rites.  As at the time of filing this report, the suspect was still at large.
