Man electrocuted while attempting to vandalize transformer in Aba

A yet-to-be-identified man has been electrocuted while allegedly attempting to vandalize a transformer in Aba, Abia State. The man’s lifeless body was found dangling from the transformer at N0. 40 Omuma Road in the early hours of Tuesday, August 19, 2025 According to eyewitnesses, the deceased had climbed the transformer in the night to steal high-tension electricity cables but was electrocuted in the process.  The shocking incident drew the attention of passersby and residents who gathered at the scene.    The post Man electrocuted while attempting to vandalize transformer in Aba appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
