
Nigerian singer, Burna Boy, delivered a surprise performance at the England Lionesses welcome party hosted at Buckingham Palace, following their triumphant UEFA Womens EURO 2025 campaign. The star-studded event, held on Tuesday, July 29, was attended by the full Lionesses squad, members of the Royal Family, and distinguished guests from the world of football and entertainment. The atmosphere reached an electrifying peak when Burna Boy was introduced on stage to surprise, England coach Sarina Wiegman, who is a big fan of the singer. As Burna Boy showed up stage, he shared a hug with a shocked Wiegman, before performing his song “For my hand.” It’s a song that Wiegman has previously admitted was her most listened to song in 2023.
