Nigerian singer Adekunle Temitope popularly known as Small Doctor has raised alarm over the safety of boarding certain public transport vehicles, particularly minibuses known locally as “Korope.”
Naija News reports that the warning, shared on his Twitter page, urged the public to avoid minibuses that operate with conductors.
According to the singer, a large number of these vehicles may be involved in suspicious or dangerous activities.
He claimed that about 90 percent of such minibuses have hidden intentions and advised commuters to stay alert and avoid taking unnecessary risks when using public transport.
He wrote: “If You Come Across A Mini Bus (Korope) With A Conductor Please Do Not Board. Do Not Board. Do Not Board. 90% Of Them Has Another Agenda. Be Vigilant.”

Naija News reports that Otse had announced plans to honour the late Ifesinachi Onyekere, also known as Fish Magnet, who was abducted and killed by suspected gunmen.
He explained that the event was intended to draw attention to security challenges in the state.
However, the Anambra State Police Command, through its spokesperson, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, said on Tuesday that the Commissioner of Police, Ikioye Orutugu, has warned Otse against making statements or organizing events that could spark unrest.
