
Seyi Tinubu, son of Nigeria’s President Bola Tinubu, has marked nine years of marriage with his wife, Layal Tinubu.
Naija News reports that the couple have been together for 20 years and share two children.
Seyi Tinubu, in an Instagram post on Friday, shared photos from their wedding reflected on their long journey.
He praised his wife for her strength, kindness, and support throughout their years together.
He also spoke about their commitment to family and the future they continue to build.
He wrote: “9 years married, 20 years together and our beautiful kids. I remain in awe of your strength, compassion, and the grace you show every day. @layaltinubu Thank you for loving me through it all.
“Here’s to the life we’ve built and the future where we grow stronger beyond what we sacrifice, to protect those we love, especially each other and our family. I love you.”
The couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in Italy in October 2016.
Layal Tinubu is a Nigerian-Lebanese entrepreneur who studied business and entrepreneurship at the University of Surrey in the UK.
She is the founder of Tots Toys, a company focused on educational toys for children, and co-runs the Noella Foundation with her husband.
