Counter-Terrorism Forces in Libya have arrested two Nigerian nationals on charges of drug trafficking. Migrant Rescue Watch disclosed this in a statement on Sunday, August 10, 2025. According to the group, the undocumented Nigerian migrants were arrested in Misrata, northwestern Libya. The suspects were found in possession of hashish, hallucinogenic pills and cash from proceeds. The case has been referred to public prosecution.
