Unknown assailants kill Benue politician

A Benue politician, Hon. Sunday Idoko, was k!lled in his home in Otukpo by yet-to-be-identified assailants.  It was gathered that that the victim, who resided on Anmoda Road, Ohimini LGA, was attacked with a machete on the head in his house on Saturday afternoon, August 9, 2025. According to Hon. Emoni Mohammed, a family friend, the incident was reported after Idokos children raised the alarm.  His body has been deposited at the Federal University of Health Sciences Teaching Hospital Mortuary, Otukpo, for autopsy, while investigations are ongoing to track down the perpetrators.   The post Unknown assailants kill Benue politician appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
