“Unknown to many, I suffer from chronic dehydration, and my doctor strongly advised that I remain constantly hydrated. This is why I always carry a water flask with me.
“Contrary to the negative narrative being circulated in some quarters, the flask contained only water, not alcohol.”
The musician said that the flask was empty during two separate security checks and was only filled with water at the airport lounge before he proceeded to the tarmac, stressing that he had not yet boarded the aircraft, “let alone being deboarded.”

The PDP further stated that the activities of such members constitute a serious threat to the stability and sustainability of the party.
The statement issued on Friday by the PDP National Working Committee (NWC), via its National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, warned that those endorsing Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC) would face stiffer sanctions if they do not desist immediately.

Bwala argued that Tinubu assumed office under far more challenging conditions than the PDP met when it came to power in 1999, yet he has made significant strides in the economy, security, and governance.
According to the presidential aide, the return to democracy in 1999 earned Nigeria global sympathy, support, and aid, whereas Tinubu has had to prove himself on the global stage without such goodwill
Bwala further stated that security was mismanaged by the PDP heads of government, resulting in the creation of Boko Haram, but in two years, insecurity had degraded to an extent that people can see the path to ending it.

Naija News understands that the problem started after Chioma’s family travelled to the United States after the couple’s traditional wedding held in Lagos in June 2024.
It was reported that they stayed beyond the allowed six months, leading US immigration officials to cancel their visas and impose a five-year ban on their re-entry.
Chioma’s father, who was expected to escort her during the white wedding planned for Saturday, is now unlikely to be present.
This absence has also reportedly raised concerns about the care of Chioma and Davido’s twins born in 2023, as her parents had been helping with childcare.
