Super Eagles star, Ademola Lookman skips training to force Atalanta exit

 Super Eagles star, Ademola Lookman, skipped Atalantas training on Monday in an apparent move to force his way out of the club following Atalantas refusal to accept two bids from Inter Milan.  The Nigerian has been the subject of transfer interest from 2025 Champions League finalists Inter Milan, who have recently seen a bid of 45m including bonuses turned down by Atalanta.  The Nigerian international is eager to join Cristian Chivus side, with negotiations ongoing between the two Serie A clubs. But Inter is holding out for a minimum fee of 50 million for the reigning African Player of the Year.  Over the weekend, he officially submitted a transfer request as he called out his club for blocking his transfer to Inter Milan. Atalanta maintains their position. No way to let him go for 42m plus 3m proposal rejected last week.
