Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, has revealed he will step away from the music scene once his close friends in their music group, Anti World Gangsters, reach their goals in the industry.
Naija News reports that he made this known through a post on his Twitter account.
The ‘Blood On The Dance Floor’ crooner explained that his journey in music would end as soon as every member of the group becomes successful.
He wrote, “Once all my n*ggas make it in music, I’m out.”
The hip-hop crew includes Odumodublvck, along with Agunna, Fatboy E, Reeplay, Shagba, and their sound producer, Cross.
Odumodublvck remains the most popular member of the group.
His big break came in 2023 with the release of “Declan Rice,” a track that boosted his name both locally and internationally.
Since then, he has worked with major stars including Davido and UK rappers Skepta and Stormzy.
In other news, Music executive Ubi Franklin, has explained why he includes a clause in contracts preventing female artistes from getting pregnant during the agreement period.
Naija News reports that, speaking on the Culture Sonic podcast, the talent manager stated that the entertainment business is capital-intensive.
He explained that sometimes investors spend up to ₦300 million to develop an artist who has not yet attained stardom.
According to him, if a female artiste gets pregnant before building a strong and stable career, it could ruin the investment and disrupt their progress.
